For nearly three years, we’ve worked with a Canadian craft winemaker. One challenge stood out: after refrigeration, their wine labels were difficult to remove, leaving torn paper and adhesive residue on the bottles.

Together, we tested two to three combinations of label materials and adhesives. Not every version worked, but we kept discussing, adjusting, and testing until we found a solution that met the customer’s needs—and moved it into mass production.
